I fell in love with this house the minute I opened the door. I am so excited to be in this new NV home and have only positive comments. Really love this development from the first second I walked into the samples. It has everything I’m looking for. Was actually looking for an over 55 that allowed fence in backyards for my dogs. I can go on and on about the things in this community that I love. Love the fact that other houses are not backed up next to me we have nothing but open space. This Builder-does Not nickel and dime you like Toll bros or some of the other big builders. Holly and Valarie are terrific to work with could not be happier so far with my experience

My husband and I were just casually looking to downsize and came across Philmont Townhomes. We were very impressed with the model home design and loved the fact that it’s connected to the Philmont Country Club. Our sales rep Valarie has been extremely helpful and she’s a pleasure to deal with. We were able to get an end unit and plan to install a fence for our small dogs which is not always permitted in HOA’s.

Valerie has been an exemplary NVH sales person at NVHomes - friendly caring thoughtful nature and working tirelessly to help my husband and I through this process ! As empty nesters my husband and I look forward to the social aspects (and golf) of philmont country club - we are on ground floor of the revival of this historic landmark - already met wonderful neighbors !
